We can help bring your design project to life professionally, rapidly and cost effectively and all under one roof. We always design with the manufacturing process in mind so that the transition from prototype to full scale production is not hindered in any way. We have a great deal of experience working with bespoke item designs and getting them ready for small one off or large scale production runs.
Our design and engineering services can help you address ergonomic, mechanical and functional aspects. We love good design combined with an understanding of branding and marketing this means we can create an appropriate aesthetic for any project.
We can create eye-catching renders and visualisations for presentation and marketing purposes, from simple texture mockups to more detailed and intricate environmental scenes. These visuals can be built up from loose freehand sketches or finalised 3D digital models.
If a physical icon or theme is central to a brand or campaign, we can create a replica product or design a character and take it from concept through to short-run manufacture.

We start building your project from sketches or 3d graphic files. We offer a one stop shop for individual, corporate clients, film makers in the local area and rest of the UK, offering our services and resources to those in need of props, replicas, and anything else out of the ordinary, we can create any of these from drawings supplied to us, or designed from scratch.
We are able to offer one-off bespoke sculpts, or make multiple copies of an object, through our range of moulding and casting processes. Once we have produced the master or buck, we can create tens or hundreds of replicas in a variety of hardnesses and materials depending on the needs of the prop or project.

There are several different methods of 3D printing, but the most widely used is a process known as Fused Deposition Modeling (FDM). FDM printers use a thermoplastic filament, which is heated to its melting point and then extruded, layer by layer, to create a three dimensional object.
We have a variety of fdm printers on site that we use to convert your 2D virtual ideas into a 3D physical objects, our biggest print volume is 300 x 300 x 300 mm (11.8 x 11.8 x 11.8 in) if the project is larger we can split the model accross our other printers or we are able to outsource the project to any one of our vendors.
Laser cutting is a technology that uses a laser to cut materials, and is typically used for industrial manufacturing applications, but is also a cheaper option for, small businesses, and hobbyists that need small runs, or want to experiment with different materials.
Our Laser machine has a maximum bed size of 600mm x 900mm realistically we would cut material up to 6mm thick, for larger and thicker materials we would outsource it to a local vendor. Laser cutting is great for a variety of products.

Vacuum forming is a simplified version of thermoforming, where a sheet of plastic is heated to a forming temperature, stretched onto a single-surface mold, and forced against the mold by a vacuum. This process can be used to form plastic into permanent objects.
Our vac forming machine is a Formech 1372 Material Size: 1371mm x 660mm (54" x 26") Forming Area: 1330mm x 622mm (52.4" x 24.5") Max Depth of Draw: 419mm (16.5") Max Material Thickness: 12.7mm (.25")
We can vacuum form, a vast array of plastic materials to find out if this process if for you contact us
Cnc machining and Carving
Poly carving is a quick and cost effective way of creating large dramatic props and models. We work with a high density flame retardant polyurethane foam and can be CNC machined or hand carved to your requirements. Carved foam can then be finished with a range of coatings which will texture and protect the prop as required.
We tend to use water based products as they are "greener" but we also use fiberglass resins where appropriate. If you have a large prop requirement then we can work from anything from a simple sketch through to a 3D CAD file. To find out if this process if for you contact us.
Fabrication in acrylic and other plastics is often a key part of the model making process. Large, complex and great looking structures can be constructed very cost effectively using the latest laser cutting equipment and material joining processes. We offer acrylic and plastic fabrication as a standalone service and specialise in difficult and demanding applications for the process whether because of scale, complexity or urgency.
Grp Moulding / Silicone Moulding
We specialise in high quality and complex fibreglass structures and are always pushing the boundaries of the process to achieve the best possible results. We understand that speed of delivery is often an important factor and we will always make every effort to complete projects in the shortest possible time scale. For small parts we would recommend silicone moulding, we use a range of products that give the best results. The types of materials we use are generally determined by the project, or object in question.
Fibreglass moulding and parts are the strongest but making them takes time the mould process involves us making a master, then making a mould from the master, the masters are usually made alot stronger than the final part and ted to get destroyed after, once we have our moulds we can then create as many parts as you like.
While we do most small metal work fabrication on site, we are able to us our partnered company ELITE WELDING & ENGINEERING SUPPLIES who help us undertake any large welding and structural engineering tasks. We can offer welding, laser cutting, water jet cutting, bending and production of support structures for models.
It is said that good paintwork should look as if you could walk into it. If that's the case we like to think that every project that passes through our paintshop is a gleaming testament to the craft and skills of our staff.
We provide spray painting services for designers, traders and domestic customers. We aim to produce high quality paint finishes on a variety of materials including MDF, wood, glass, plastic, and metal using the latest technology with high quality paints and lacquers to give the best results.
Our industrial and decorative coating solutions are suitable for a broad range of industries including, but not limited to, the military, aerospace, medical, aviation, marine, power generation, automotive, leisure and interior design, film, television, and theatre sectors.
We can create many different types of effect. These include chrome, gold, antique or aged look, bronze, sparked, textured, metallics and pearlescents. We are always happy to work with clients to develop a surface finish through a sampling process and then ensure that it is repeatable.
We can supply matt, low sheen, satin & high gloss spray finishes to variety of materials as well as all sheens of lacquering for natural wood finishes.
Airbrushing is another aspect of of painting capabilities, we are able to airbrush logo's or murals and texture finishes to most materials.
